Portable Propane Grills

Portable Gas Grill Weber 586002 Q 320

Cook up to 18 burgers, 36 hot dogs, or 2 whole chickens at a time with this portable gas grill. The unit features dual stainless-steel burners, a 21,700 BTU-per-hour input, and 462 square inches of total cooking space, plus a 69-square-inch warming rack for heating up buns or keeping already cooked food warm. The grill electronically ignites at the push of a button for easy, reliable lighting, and its infinitely adjustable burner valve with a high-quality regulator makes it simple to control the heat. Other design details include two porcelain-enameled, cast-iron cooking grates; a removable catch pan; and a cast-aluminum lid and body with a sturdy glass-reinforced nylon frame. The grill also provides a taller lid profile with a center-mounted thermometer, Grill Out handle light, and large weather-resistant handle. Even more, the unit supplies two removable folding worktables with tool hooks, and it bolts onto the included stationary cart, which offers rolling wheels for smooth mobility and a screen to hide the propane tank. An adapter hose comes included for connecting the grill to a standard 20-pound LP tank (not included). Not sure what to grill first? Weber throws in a handy recipe booklet for getting started. With the lid open and the tables folded down, the grill measures 22 by 36-1/2 by 55-1/2 inches and carries a five-year limited warranty.

*** I just received my grill so this is not a performance review. For a performance review, check out the many positive reviews on the Q300 model. When I was reading the reviews on the Q300, people loved it. But a few mentioned that they would like a warming shelf, electronic ignition, or light. The great thing about Weber is that they quickly responded by adding those features to the Q320. I liked what I heard about the Q300, so with the improvements, I decided to move up. I put it together in about an hour using the easy to follow instructions. I look forward to a great grilling experience when the weather gets a little warmer. An update: I have now used the grill a few times and it is as good as others have reported the Q300 to be. I really like the electronic ignition. Turn on the gas, push the button, click, click, and you're in business. It heats up fast and leaves great grill marks. I also like the grill cover. It's designed for the Q300 but fits the Q320 just fine, in case you wondered.
